My First Taste of French Life My first day in Saint-Laurent-du-Var was astounding! Debilitating, however amazing.It was awesome gathering my host mother, who is an outright darling, and the town itself is unimaginably excellent. Its so not quite the same as what I'm utilized to, yet in an extremely decent way.I was enjoyably shocked to discover that I saw a large portion of what was being stated, as probably the greatest dread was that I would be totally lost in an ocean of familiar French speakers, totally unequipped for speaking with them past fundamental, simple French.My flat mate and I get along truly well, and the perspective on the ocean from our gallery is staggering. Recently there was a colossal yacht stopped right opposite it, lit up delightfully in blue lights.The different children on the outing are extremely sweet too, and I'm truly eager to become acquainted with every one of them through the span of this month.We visited the town, and its exceptionally fascinatingâ€"brimming with rich history. We even got the opportunity to meet the civic chairman!
